Odd Down sits up on the southern plateau above Bath, one of the higher and more exposed parts of the city. It grew mainly through the 20th century — interwar and post-war council-built semis with decent gardens, later private housing, and newer estates — so it’s largely family housing, and a lot of it still runs on heating systems that have done their time.
