What you get in every write-up

Most heating firms show you a tidy stock photo of a boiler on a white wall. That tells you nothing about how they work. Here’s what we show instead.

The before, warts and all

Old back boilers, tired pipework, other people’s shortcuts. If we found a mess, you’ll see the mess.

What we actually did

Flush, filter, flue, controls, pipework, making good. The bits that decide whether a boiler lasts five years or fifteen.

Warranty

What warranty went on the boiler or heat pump. No vague promises.

Questions we get asked about our work

Can I see a job like mine before I book?

Yes. Ring us on 01225 970248 and tell us what you’ve got — a back boiler in a Victorian terrace, a combi in a 90s semi, a system boiler in a stone cottage — and we’ll talk you through jobs we’ve done nearby. As write-ups go up on this page you’ll be able to see the before and after photos yourself.

Are these your own photos and your own jobs?

Every photo on this page is a job Bath Eco Heat did, taken on site by us. We don’t use stock images or manufacturer press shots, and we don’t put words in a customer’s mouth — if there’s a quote on a case study, that customer actually wrote it in a Google or Trustpilot review.

How long does a boiler swap actually take?

A straight combi-for-combi swap is usually a day. Converting from a system boiler or an old back boiler, or moving the boiler to a different wall, is normally two — because of the pipework, the flue and making good afterwards. We tell you which yours is before you book, not halfway through.

Will my name or address appear on the website?

No address, ever. We only publish photos of your job if you’re happy for us to, and we only use a first name and the town. If you’d rather we published nothing at all, that’s completely fine — it makes no difference to the job or the price.
